• Massage and Foot Reflexology  can improve circulation of blood and movement of lymph fluids, help muscle or joints relax and release stress and stiffness. It is used for sore muscle tension, neck pain and the common cold. In this therapy, your acupuncturist will place small glass or plastic "cups" over specific area on your body. A vacuum is created under the cup using heat or suction. They may be moved over an affected area or left in place.
  

• Moxibustion  induces a smoother flow of blood and Qi. It is a traditional Chinese medicine therapy using moxa, or mugwort herb. It plays an important role in the traditional medical systems of China. Practitioners use moxa to warm regions and acupuncture points with the intention of stimulating circulation through the points and inducing a smoother flow of blood and Qi. The mugwort acts as an emmenagogue, meaning that it stimulates blood-flow in the pelvic area and uterus. It is claimed that moxibustion militates against cold and dampness in the body and can serve to help adjust breech babies.

• Qi Gong (Chi Kung) - Assisted relaxation and regulate stagnation of Qi meaning "Life Energy" plus "Gong (Gung)", meaning "work".  Qi Gong is a unique Chinese Exercise System. Qi Gong draws on many elements. It includes "regulating the body" through posture, "regulating the mind" through quiet, relaxation and concentration of one's mental activity and " regulating the breath" through self-massage and movement of the limbs. We also use Qi Gong machine which create “Qi” to help improve pain relief or other body conditions.
